I agree to house/feed the foster dog and keep it safe. This means walking it on a leash in a fenced yard

I agree not to promise any pups to anyone, although I am encouraged to network through social media

I agree to cal Ruth immediately if a dog runs off, and not to chase it, as I may cause potentially a life-threatening situation

I agree that I will be fostering this dog, which is a 7-day obligation, and I agree that if I am unable to keep my commitment, then I will give Ruth 48-hours notice

I agree to contact Ruth immediately if the foster dog is sick, as she used her own vets that are discounted. Trooper's Treasures will not reimburse for any vet visits without consent

I agree that fostering a dog is a big responsibility. If while in my care, the dog is injured or becomes sick or dies due to negligence (including running off or being hit by a car). I assume full financial responsibility and will have to pay the full adoption fee

I agree to return the foster dog to Ruth immediatelt if requested

I agree that all equipment that I borrow will be returned and if not, then the full price of the items will be added to the adoption fee

I agree that my foster mighthave to be spayed. orneutered or have routine vet care while in my care and that I will provide transportation to appointments and present all paperwork when asked

I agree to provide adequate food, water, bathing, shelter, exercise, and humane treatment to the foster dog at all times

I agree to adhere to all state and local animal laws: House the pet inside (it should not sleep outside), do not chain the pet at any time, do not let the pet roam free outside, do not transport the pet in a convertible or in the back of a truck

I understand that Troopers Treasures only pays for approved medical visits and grooming. Food, accessories, beds, toys, or unapproved medical visits will be my financial responsibility
